DELIVERY

Please remember we are making your order by hand. None of our furniture is 'off the shelf'. To make these items to a high standard takes time and occasionally may take a little longer than expected.

Smaller Items

For most of our smaller items we aim to dispatch within 7 to 14 working days and send via Parcelforce tracked 24 hour service.
Bespoke order delivery will be stated at time of quote.
We do our best to keep to the above time frames but please remember we are making your order by hand and at busy times like Christmas these times may be extended, if in doubt please ask.
Most UK Mainland deliveries are free of charge.
A dispatch email will be sent to you the day before with tracking details. If you are not in to accept delivery a card will be left and the item held for 3 days at your local depot. If you fail to contact the courier to rearrange delivery within this time the item will be returned to us and a further charge will be payable to resend your order. Adding a mobile phone contact number at checkout will help avoid this with text updates on delivery and a time slot.


Large Items

NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLANDS AND SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR FREE DELIVERY AREA PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO ORDERING FOR SHIPPING COSTS TO THESE LOCATIONS.

ALL PETS MUST BE SHUT AWAY. PLEASE ENSURE THIS IS DONE BEFORE ANSWERING THE DOOR.

IF ANY PETS ARE LOOSE YOUR ITEM WILL BE LEFT AT THE ROADSIDE. 

 Larger items such at Dining Tables, Kitchen Islands, Larder Units, Bookcases and Oversized Bespoke items will be delivered by ourselves. 

We Deliver most large items on weekends.

We aim to deliver these items within 35 to 42 days where possible.

(Scotland, Devon, Cornwall and Dorset may take longer).

BESPOKE ORDERS MAY TAKE LONGER.

Our delivery service is 1 man and ground floor.

Help must be available for large items unless otherwise agreed in advance.

For difficult access or non ground floor deliveries please contact us before ordering.

If you are not in to accept delivery on any agreed date a charge of £75 will be payable for a failed delivery attempt and a re-delivery arranged for a later date.

If you decide to cancel your order after dispatch or after a failed delivery attempt £75 will be deducted from your refund.

 

We will notify you directly usually at least 5-7 days in advance of the intended delivery date and give an estimated 3 hour time slot. Please be aware, our routes are long and the time slot is only an estimate. Please allow for 30 mins either side of this time. If we are ahead or behind by more than 30 minutes on the day we will try to keep you informed.

You can refuse this delivery slot and it will be rescheduled for the next time the van is in your area
